Katie Murphy is a long-time local of the Lowcountry. She has spent time living on Hilton Head Island, in Bluffton, and currently resides in Beaufort, where she has been able to enjoy all of the recreation and beauty this area has to offer - making her suited in providing you with a well-rounded perspective of various locations within the Lowcountry.

 

Katie has earned real-life experience as former Design Project Manager for local custom home builders. Her eye for design, coupled with professional experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, creates a unique perspective within the real estate world. Katie has a genuine love for real estate and envisioning the potential that a property can have; she is passionate about helping buyers and sellers accomplish their goals and dreams of homeownership and helping clients invest in their future to design and build the home of their dreams here in the Lowcountry.
