I understand the importance of finding the right homesite so that one day you can break ground on the new home of your dreams! When you work with me to choose where you'll build, I will be there every step of the way to walk you through the process, from the time you have your first builder meeting, until your final walk-through and Certificate of Occupancy. If you need help with design selections along the way, I can even help with those...it's my job to keep the home building process exciting and enjoyable, minimizing stress and potential unknowns along the way.
